1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon delivery

  • The item does not match the description on the product page

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 7–14 days of delivery (specify your exact timeframe)

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed, used, or altered parts

  • Electrical components once opened or installed

  • Clearance or sale items (if marked as final sale)

  • Items returned without original packaging


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)

  3. Our team will review and provide return instructions

Do not send items back without authorization.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • FordAutoParts.com is not responsible for lost return shipments


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items


6. Exchanges

If you need a replacement for an incorrect or defective item, we may offer an exchange based on stock availability.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, the order must follow the return process.


9. International Orders

  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
